- Call 1.800.288.2020
- Say “Cancel AT&T Subscription” and follow prompts (they will ask you for your mobile phone that the account is under, last four digits of your SSN, and your account passcode)
- You’ll still have to talk to an agent and answer the same questions
This took us a solid 30 minutes (not including the frustrating questions from the agent)
